Every year worldwide, congenital anomalies contribute to the estimated amount of 2,95000 newborn deaths within 28 days birth. Congenital result from many causes; one or more genetic chromosomal defects, infections, nutritional environmental terratogenic factors etc. May in pregnancy loss, even if foetus survives it will present with severe multi system organ damages, leading lifelong disability and poor quality life for both self families which has got rippling impacts on health care society. In Genetic defects involving karyotype errors allopathic treatment modalities are effective some cases but only a limited extent. 2019 September, 25 yr old female history medical termination (G1) approached OPD Dept Prasutitantra Streeroga at Govt. Ayurveda college Women & Children Hospital. MTP was done 12 wks gestation due gross foetal anomaly. Foetus suspected have hydrops foetalis as per USG scan. Later karyotyping aborted showed sex chromosome anomaly 45XO. She wanted conceive again worried about recurrence error. came know concept Sreyasi praja. willing explore possibilities Ayurvedic pre conceptional care. After detailed case taking, analysing reports previous pregnancy, including Sodhana therapies, Pumsavana vidhi Garbha sthapanam, diet regimen based fundamental principles were decided. And Soon after period patient conceived month February 2020 closely monitored completed term uneventfully delivered (FTND RMLE) healthy baby 2.6kg weight APGAR 9 1 minute.
